Can we work together if I'm in the US?
Absolutely. We're based in Pakistan and work with US businesses remotely. We'll agree on communication channels, meeting times, project milestones, and deadlines before work begins. Our consultation hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM EST (UTC−5). You can leave a message at any time.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on the project's scope, complexity, deliverables, and timeline. After understanding your requirements, we'll provide a clear quote outlining the work, cost, payment schedule, and any optional services.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project. We'll share an estimated schedule, milestones, and feedback deadlines before work begins. The final timeline will also depend on timely approvals and the delivery of required materials.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We can review your existing website and discuss improvements to its design, usability, responsiveness, and performance. We'll recommend changes based on your goals and explain the proposed scope before starting.
How do payments work?
Before work begins, we'll provide an invoice and agree on the payment schedule. Any deposit, milestones, accepted payment methods, and final payment requirements will be stated clearly in your project agreement. Never send card numbers, CVVs, passwords or one-time codes through our forms or chat.
What do you need from me to get started?
Tell us about your business, your goals, the services you need, your estimated budget, and your desired timeline. If you have existing branding or reference websites, you can share those too.
Will my website work on mobile?
Responsive layouts are part of our website development approach. We agree on the supported devices, browsers and any project-specific requirements before starting.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
Your proposal will state whether domain setup, hosting or ongoing services are included. Third-party charges are identified separately before you commit.
How do revisions and handover work?
We agree on review stages, included revisions, final files and ownership terms in your proposal or project agreement. Requests outside that scope are discussed before additional work begins.
