When you contact LH & Co. Labs, you choose to share your name, email, company details, and project information so our team can respond. Please share only information relevant to your project.

The current contact form prepares an email in your email app. It does not automatically submit your information to Google Sheets or a website database. Your email provider processes your message when you send it.

External social and portfolio websites have their own privacy practices. We do not request payment-card details, banking passwords, or one-time codes.

Payment safety

Official invoices. No sensitive card details in chat.

LH & Co. Labs collects payments through invoices. Verify the sender, project details, and payment destination before paying. Confirm unexpected requests directly with support@lhandcolabs.com or +92 337 8010385.

Never share card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or one-time codes with our team by phone, form, email, or chat. Anyone using our name to request these details is not following our payment process and may be an impersonator.

Only enter payment information directly with the payment provider through a verified invoice payment link. Report suspected impersonation to our official support email.

Project terms

A clear agreement before we begin.

Every project needs an agreed scope and proposal. Deliverables, fees, payment milestones, timelines, revisions, intellectual-property terms, and ongoing support should be confirmed in your written project agreement.

A website inquiry does not create a service contract or guarantee a delivery date. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the individual project agreement. Review that agreement before paying an invoice.
